This site is designed to provide you some added information about your new home, as well as the neighborhood and general area. Because when you buy a house, you really should consider these important factors in addition to the MLS listing, because they comprise the "entire package" for you to look at.
Fox Creek is a quiet, well-kept neighborhood that has been around for a long time. It is well-known for its lovely established trees, diverse bird population (i.e., bluebirds, yellow finches, cardinals, thrashers, owls, hawks, and more), a welcoming and friendly community atmosphere, and a first-rate educational system.
There are 200 + homes in our development, and they belong to different families and some retirees too. There is also a community pool here, as well as pickleball and tennis courts, a basketball court, and a walking

Hi Neighbor...
One of the most pleasant aspects of our neighborhood is the number of neighbors you meet who walk daily either with their friends, families, their pets, or solely for exercise. And every quarter, the HOA sponsors a neighborhood party where you get to meet and socialize with your neighbors. In the Summer we also have a pool party coupled with an outside movie. In the Fall we have a chili cookout too, where we watch the Ga—bulldogs on a huge outside TV screen. There are the holiday parties
that you can't miss out on as well.
As far as social media is concerned, once you become part of the neighborhood, you can join our neighborhood forum via Nextdoor.com, as well as our Facebook page, called Fox Creek Neighbors (private group).
Oh and before we forget, every Christmas, there is a Holiday Home Decoration competition, where the best-decorated house gives you bragging rights, and
a gift card to Home Depot. Halloween is also very special here with lots of little trick and treaters.
